Welcome to Kardia Ninjas! We are a 10,000 sq ft Ninja Warrior gym facility right here, in Brantford, Ontario. Kardia Ninjas is for almost anyone, offering Open Gym times and Classes for kids ages 5+, teens, and adults including beginner through to advanced Ninja training. At Kardia Ninjas we value family. This is a gym where parents can come and workout alongside their children. Whether you are young, more seasoned in life, just starting out on your fitness journey or consider yourself to be a fitness fanatic, we are the gym for you!

OPEN GYM
Kardia Ninjas has something for almost everyone. We have a Beginner side and an Advanced side. Come and explore!
WEEKLY CLASSES
We have weekly classes for ages 5+ and all levels of fitness – whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey, or need our advanced courses.
BIRTHDAYS & BUSINESS
We have two birthday party rooms to host your child’s Ninja Birthday Party! Those rooms also double as meeting rooms for your Business Corporate Events!
